  • Upload .cgi and .pm files to new folder "applyPop" in your cgi-bin.
  • Change file "applyVis.cgi" to permissions 755.
  • Change file "position.txt" to permissions 777.
  • Create new directory "templates" inside "applyPop" folder.
  • Upload "form.html" and report.html", change permissions to 644.
  • To run: Type in URL to "applyPop.cgi" (default is http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/applyPop/applyPop.cgi).
